What you'll do

Help define the payment product strategy, roadmap, and build a prioritization framework that captures relevant tradeoffs for the team while creating organizational alignment
Understand the payment ecosystem and Zenoti's SaaS platform end-to-end, the APIs in our systems, and the dependencies, and use this knowledge to improve our payment systems
Manage and oversee various cross-functional programs, ensuring successful delivery.
Set clear objectives for programs, leveraging data analytics to drive improvements and achieve metrics.
Navigate and resolve ambiguities in business scenarios, applying creative problem-solving skills.
Foster collaboration with internal and external partners to optimize resource allocation and project success.
Evaluate and prioritize projects in conjunction with customer needs and technical team inputs.
Identify and mitigate risks, preventing them from escalating into major issues.

Who can apply

Regularly communicate with senior managers, business leaders, and other stakeholders to support key business initiatives.
Develop, implement, and oversee KPI reporting for a program portfolio, ensuring clear visibility of milestones and project performance.
Stay abreast of regulations, compliance, and client contractual requirements, ensuring the company's adherence to legal and regulatory frameworks for different markets and clients
Drive initiatives focused on innovation, efficiency, controls, standard processes & cost saving opportunities
8 - 15 years of relevant experience in program management and/or payments business operations, preferably within a SaaS environment.
5+ years of payments experience in the merchant and/or payments provider side (e.g., PSP, acquirer, aggregator, etc.), ideally integrated within SaaS platforms.
Experience driving medium-to-large-sized technical projects with external financial partners and cross-functional internal stakeholders in a SaaS or technology company.
Success driving results, identifying and solving issues, and sound decision-making.
