What you'll do

• * Design brand identities and visual systems — logos, guidelines, brand assets, internal office branding -built
• to scale across touchpoints.
• * Create presentations, websites, social media creatives, product campaigns and marketing collateral.
• * Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Writers, Strategists and Developers.
• * Present design rationale with confidence rather than relying on personal taste.
• * Maintain exceptional attention to detail across every deliverable.
• * Experiment with AI-assisted design workflows and help improve how the team works.

Who can apply

• * 4–6 years of experience, preferably in a branding or design studio.
• * A portfolio demonstrating strong graphic design fundamentals.
• * Excellent understanding of typography, layout, composition and visual hierarchy.
• * Strong interest in branding, communication design and storytelling.
• * Experience working in small, collaborative teams where ownership matters.
• * Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly.
• * Curious, humble and constantly learning.
• * An AI enthusiast who actively experiments with emerging creative tools and workflows.
• * Experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Ideogram, Framer AI or
• * Experience designing responsive websites & branding.
