What you'll do

Responsibilities
Independently lead a data engineering team delivering Process Intelligence solutions using Celonis.
Own the technical design, build quality, and delivery of the team’s workstream with minimal supervision.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for the team.
Lead the setup of data extraction pipelines with both out-of-the-box connectors as well as building custom connectors.
Strong hands-on knowledge of Celonis ETL capabilities – Extraction, SQL Transformations, Data Pools and Data Jobs.
Experience working with Vertica SQL to create custom activities in Celonis.
Drive optimization of the performance of data pipelines.
Analyze process data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
Allocate work, review deliverables, and mentor data engineers within the team.
