Skills you'll use

What you'll do

• Maintain controlled QMS documents and their revision history
• Compile records and evidence ahead of customer and IATF audits
• Track corrective actions and their closure dates
• Coordinate internal audit schedules and reports
• Train departments on documentation requirements
• Maintain accurate technical records and traceability for your work
• Follow plant safety, quality and environmental standards at all times
• Escalate issues early and close them with verified corrective action

Who can apply

• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in any engineering discipline from a recognised university
• 0–2 years of experience in an engineering, plant or quality function — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
• Working knowledge of QMS Documentation, IATF 16949, ISO 9001
• Comfort with QMS documentation and audit tools, and with reading and working to a drawing or specification
• Ability to read an engineering drawing, follow a standard, and explain a technical result clearly to production or the customer
• Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
• Based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu or willing to relocate
