What you'll do

Maintain controlled QMS documents and their revision history
Compile records and evidence ahead of customer and IATF audits
Track corrective actions and their closure dates
Coordinate internal audit schedules and reports
Train departments on documentation requirements
Maintain accurate technical records and traceability for your work
Follow plant safety, quality and environmental standards at all times
Escalate issues early and close them with verified corrective action

Who can apply

B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in any engineering discipline from a recognised university
0–2 years of experience in an engineering, plant or quality function — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
Working knowledge of QMS Documentation, IATF 16949, ISO 9001
Comfort with QMS documentation and audit tools, and with reading and working to a drawing or specification
Ability to read an engineering drawing, follow a standard, and explain a technical result clearly to production or the customer
Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
Based in Bengaluru, Karnataka or willing to relocate (remote candidates across India may also apply)
