What you'll do

• We are looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst to join our global HR Technology team. In this role, you will be a key contributor to the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of our Workday ecosystem. You will partner closely with a global team of analysts and stakeholders to improve processes, resolve complex issues, and expand system capabilities that support our employees worldwide.Depending on your experience level, you will operate as either a high-level functional lead or a strong technical contributor, helping the team navigate the hire-to-retire lifecycle through smart technology solutions.

Who can apply

• Workday Expertise:
• * 6+ years of hands-on experience in Workday configuration.
• * We are looking for candidates with experience in one or more functional areas (e.g., Benefits, Payroll, Advanced Compensation, Absence, Talent, Security) but must have a strong HCM background.
• * We do not currently have Workday Financials or Recruiting.
• * HR Process Knowledge:A strong understanding of global HR processes.
• * Collaborative Mindset: A proven ability to work effectively as part of a team in an environment with global members and overlapping time zones.
