What you'll do

• Prepare and post payroll-related journal entries, including international payroll accounting.
• Manage accounting for employee-related costs such as bonuses, benefits, and payroll accruals.
• General ledger accounting – Prepare and post journal entries including accurals, prepayment and adjustments.
• Perform Intercompany accounting including labor expense related accounting entries.
• Manage and execute month end and year end close processes.
• Perform account reconciliations, including payroll cash accounts and balance sheet accounts.
• Support Financial reporting and variance analysis for management review.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of GL accounts in line with company policies.
• Assist in Statutory audits, internal audits & SOX compliance requirements.
• Understand financial policies and control matrixes.
