What you'll do

• Candidate Movement (Offer Letter to Training)
• Track each new hire in detail, from offer acceptance to the start of training.
• Make sure all pre-employment activities are completed on time for a smooth hiring process.
• Follow up with candidates who are stuck because they have not completed a required action item.
• Background Check and Drug Test
• Schedule background checks and drug screenings for each candidate.
• Escalate background check results that need a decision to leadership for adjudication.
• Once a candidate clears the background check and drug test, move them into onboarding.
• Onboarding Support
• Help new hires complete onboarding paperwork, including Section 1 of the I-9 form and company policy acknowledgments.

Who can apply

• Hands-on experience with recruiting ATS systems
• Must be detail oriented.
• Must have minimum of 1 year of experience in a compliance related role
