What you'll do

• Key Job Responsibilities
• 1. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of ADEs, ensuring consistent execution of Amazon's Hub Delivery model
• 2. Provide hands-on coaching in prospecting, onboarding, and performance management
• 3. Foster a culture of accountability, commitment, and field excellence
• 4. Monitor team KPIs across operations, activation, and delivery quality
• 5. Identify systemic issues within territories and implement corrective action plans
• 6. Partner with Operations, Last Mile, and Program teams to resolve systemic issues impacting delivery quality
• 7. Provide consolidated field insights to improve program design, partner experience, and scalability

Who can apply

• - 1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience
• - Speak, write, and read fluently in English
• - Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
