Skills you'll use

What you'll do

• - Own and drive end-to-end investigations of sophisticated fraud and abuse patterns, including multi-hop related account networks, with minimal guidance
• - Pull and synthesize data from multiple databases (using Excel, SQL, Access, and/or other data management systems) to perform deep-dive analysis, identify trends, and produce actionable insights
• - Coach and mentor Investigation Specialists on investigation methodology, SOP adherence, and quality standards
• - Identify root causes of defects, design and implement process improvements, and develop new SOPs that drive efficiency in Amazon's transportation operations
• - Proactively identify emerging fraud and abuse trends, quantify business impact, and recommend mitigation strategies to leadership
• - Partner with cross-functional teams to drive investigations to resolution; serve as the escalation point for complex cases
• - Consistently exceed productivity and quality targets while helping define team-level benchmarks
• - Create investigation narratives, present findings in review forums, and lead strategic projects including automation and tool development

• - Investigate complex multi-hop related account cases requiring judgment beyond standard SOPs

Who can apply

• - 3+ years of investigation, fraud detection, risk management, or compliance experience
• - 1+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations
• - Speak, write, and read fluently in English
• - Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (advanced Excel including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling)
• - Experience with SQL or similar query languages for data extraction and analysis
• - Demonstrated experience leading process improvements or driving operational efficiency
• - Willingness to work flexible hours as per business requirements
