What you'll do

• We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Travel Support Services professional to join our team in Hyderabad, India. In this role, you will be the backbone of our travel operations, ensuring seamless travel experiences for our employees and clients. You will manage travel bookings, coordinate with vendors, and provide exceptional support to travelers while maintaining compliance with company travel policies. Your organizational skills and commitment to excellence will directly impact our organization's operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
• Book and manage travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and visa services using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and travel management software
• Coordinate with travel vendors, airlines, hotels, and ground transportation providers to secure competitive rates and resolve service issues
• Prepare detailed travel itineraries and provide pre-travel briefings to employees, including destination information and travel guidelines
• Monitor travel expenses and ensure compliance with company travel policies and budget allocations
• Handle travel-related inquiries and resolve issues promptly, providing proactive support to travelers before, during, and after their trips
• Maintain accurate travel records, documentation, and expense reports in the travel management system
• Analyze travel data and spending patterns to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize travel programs
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including finance, HR, and management, regarding travel requirements and updates
• Customize travel solutions based on individual employee needs while adhering to organizational guidelines

Who can apply

• Proven experience in travel coordination, travel booking, or travel support services (minimum 2-3 years)
• Proficiency with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo
• Strong knowledge of travel management software and platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Detailed knowledge of travel policies, visa requirements, and international travel regulations
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving travel-related challenges
• Familiarity with the Indian travel landscape and local vendor networks
• Experience with expense management and travel cost optimization
