What you'll do

• As Lead Product Manager, you’ll be the key driver for identifying, executing, and optimizing strategies that improve player engagement, retention, and monetization across our live game. You will focus on key LiveOps pillars such as events, feature performance, and live sales; ensuring that everything we launch is performant, data-informed, and player-first.
• You’ll work cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Product Ops, and Analytics teams to define, prioritize, and deliver exceptional player experiences that meet both business and player goals.

Who can apply

• 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally with significant live operations responsibility in a F2P mobile game.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Demonstrated success managing complex monetization and engagement systems, with strong experience in event design, sales strategy, or player lifecycle management.
• Data-native mindset, with the ability to translate raw performance metrics into strategic insights and actionable plans.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven track record of aligning diverse teams around a shared product vision.
• Strong player empathy and experience working with user research, community feedback, or other voice-of-player channels.
• Experience driving impact across cross-functional pods, including creative, design, and engineering teams.
• This role follows a non-standard working schedule to support close collaboration with a U.S.-based team. The position requires a regular daily overlap from 9:30 PM to 11:30 PM IST to align with the Los Angeles team (this overlap is a fixed requirement). During the initial ramp-up period, new hires are also expected to be available for collaboration during daytime hours, approximately between 10:30 AM and 4:30 PM IST, with some flexibility. Candidates should be comfortable working a split schedule during the ramp-up phase, with at least two hours of guaranteed overlap with the U.S. team.
