Skills you'll use

What you'll do

• Product Strategy and Vision
• Define and evolve the product strategy aligned with Cyara’s agentic platform vision
• Develop and maintain a clear, outcome-driven roadmap
• Continuously assess market trends in LLMs, conversational AI, and autonomous agents, identifying opportunities to differentiate
• Customer and Market Leadership
• Engage directly with customers building AI voice and chat bots to understand real-world challenges in testing, scaling, and trust

Who can apply

• 5–10 years of product management experience, ideally in AI, developer platforms, or SaaS products
• Hands-on experience with conversational AI and/or CCaaS platforms
• Strong understanding of LLM-based systems, prompt orchestration, and agent workflows preferred
• Experience with testing frameworks, QA systems, or developer tooling preferred
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and drive clarity
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
