What you'll do

• Generate qualified pipeline opportunities for the US and/or EMEA sales teams through high-volume outbound cold calling, supported by email, LinkedIn, and other multi-channel prospecting.
• Consistently dial in real volume — comfortably working through 100 or more calls a day if required— while staying sharp, personalized, and on-message on every call, not just going through the motions.
• Research, identify, and engage decision-makers across enterprise and mid-market organizations in both the US and/or EMEA.
• Adapt your pitch, tone, and objection handling in real time based on who's on the other end of the call, including cultural and communication differences between US and/or EMEA buyers.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective customers.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives, handing off clean, well-documented context.
• Develop a strong understanding of Skyflow's products, solutions, and value proposition — including how AI and emerging technology are changing how companies think about sensitive data — and bring that knowledge into your conversations.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing to optimize messaging, campaigns, and lead-generation strategies.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales and Customer Success teams to identify target accounts and expansion opportunities.
• Maintain accurate prospect and activity records in Salesforce and other sales tools.

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline generation targets.
• 3–5 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Lead Generation, or Inside Sales within a B2B SaaS or technology company.
• Proven experience prospecting and cold calling into both the US and/or EMEA markets — you understand the cultural and communication differences and can flex your style accordingly.
• A proven high-volume cold caller — comfortable and effective dialing 100 or more calls a day and getting real results from that volume.
