What you'll do

• Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
• Own full-cycle recruiting across India-based roles including endpoint security engineers, DLP and data security specialists, QA engineers, technical support engineers, software engineers, and product managers. Source, screen, interview, and close candidates independently while maintaining a high bar for quality and speed.
• Agency Management
• Manage our external recruiting agency relationship -- set expectations, review sourced candidates, provide feedback, and hold partners accountable for pipeline quality and SLA.
• Own the onboarding experience for all India hires -- from offer acceptance through day one and beyond. Partner with Nightfall's People Lead in the US and our controller to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience across both regions.
• People Operations
• Serve as the primary people partner for the Bengaluru office -- supporting employee relations, culture, and people programs in coordination with the US.
• Office Management
• Manage day-to-day operations of the Bengaluru office including vendor relationships, facilities, and anything needed to keep the team running smoothly and feeling supported.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration

Who can apply

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a SaaS or technology company, with required experience hiring in the cybersecurity, DLP, endpoint security, or data security space -- startup or high-growth environment strongly preferred
• Experience hiring across technical roles -- software engineers, QA, technical support, and product managers
• Experience managing an external recruiting agency or RPO relationship
• Hands-on people operations or HR experience -- onboarding, employee relations, or office management
• Strong communicator who can collaborate effectively across time zones with a distributed global team
• Self-starter who can operate independently, move fast, and build process without a playbook
• Proficiency with AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT in a professional recruiting or people operations context is required
• Experience with an ATS is required -- Ashby experience is a strong plus
