• Position Overview
• Microchip’s Business Development Manager (BDM) drives growth by linking cutting-edge semiconductor solutions to customer-specific challenges. Serving as a bridge between field sales, applications engineering, and business units, the BDM makes it easier for the Client Engagement and FAE teams to access BU resources to deliver meaningful innovation and create value through intelligent, secure, and connected systems.

Who can apply

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering (BSEE required; MSEE preferred); MBA is a plus
• 5+ years’ experience in business development, strategic sales, or product line management in the semiconductor space
• Proven expertise in embedded solutions, semiconductor technologies, and systems-level architecture
• Exceptional ability to engage cross-functional teams and lead complex client relationships
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
