What you'll do

• ·Support team in delivery of integrated marketing campaigns
• ·Support campaign execution across digital, social, email, web and recruitment marketing channels.
• ·Support the team in the delivery of UGC/employee content
• ·Assist with careers website content management, updates, quality assurance and candidate experience improvements
• ·Coordinate with internal stakeholders, recruiters, external agencies and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of employer brand activity
• ·Support team in building reporting & insights to measure campaign performance
• ·Support in consolidating and managing marketing content libraries, making these easily accessible to all stakeholders
• This role is for you if you have the below

Who can apply

• Educational qualifications
• University Degree or Equivalent hands-on experience in marketing is preferable
• ·1-3 years of experience in marketing and /or campaign management
• ·Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• ·Basic understanding of Employer branding would be an advantage
• ·Basic understanding and know-how of Project
• ·Basic understanding about proofreading content, agency management, and content delivery
• ·Excellent communication skills and written English
• ·Creative thinker
• ·Motivated and eager to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
