- Has a minimum of 12 months of experience in the Residential Mortgage platform and demonstrates a strong understanding of mortgage documentation, processes, and compliance requirements
- Possesses in-depth knowledge of assigned processes and serves as a reliable point of contact for process-related guidance, support, and issue resolution
- Demonstrates strong learning agility, quickly adapts to new responsibilities, embraces challenges, and consistently delivers results in the assigned role
- Effectively clarifies process-related queries, exceptions, and decision-making rationale, ensuring adherence to process guidelines and business requirements
