What you'll do

Responsible to monitor SHE aspects in warehouse management
Monitoring dispatches of FG & RM are happening timely and safely
Responsible for inventory management ensure all goods in good and safety conditions, meanwhile maintain accurate records;
Ensure all transaction entered in system timely
Ensure that Depot meets all legal & statutory requirements in terms of filing returns
Responsible for executing and documenting periodic physical inventory counts at least once a year in consultation with the Finance Controller.
Ensure and verify all FG goods delivery happens in time and arrange to store in proper condition
SAP role of CSE (wherever applicable) for Depots which includes creating delivery and shipments, freight cost booking in shipments.
