What you'll do

  • Complete structured in-house training in options theory and market structure
  • Quote and manage two-sided prices in listed options under supervision
  • Monitor and hedge portfolio risk in real time using the Greeks
  • Analyse volatility patterns and historical market behaviour
  • Review trading decisions post-market and refine strategy
  • Work with quantitative researchers and technologists on pricing and execution
  • Take graduated independent trading responsibility as performance is demonstrated

Who can apply

  • BE/BTech/MTech/MSc/MBA in a quantitative discipline
  • 2026 or 2027 graduating batch, or up to one year of experience
  • Exceptional numerical aptitude and mental arithmetic speed
  • Strong grounding in probability and expected-value reasoning
  • Interest in futures, options and derivatives markets
  • Emotional discipline and composure under time pressure
  • Analytical thinking and comfort with ambiguity
  • Working knowledge of Excel; Python is an advantage
  • Willingness to work Indian market hours from the Gurugram office
  • Strong communication and teamwork on a trading floor
