What you'll do

  • Develop and test applications for global financial services clients
  • Build features across digital banking, data or capital markets platforms
  • Write secure, well-tested code meeting financial industry standards
  • Participate in agile ceremonies, code reviews and client demonstrations
  • Support defect resolution and production issue analysis
  • Maintain documentation and traceability for regulated environments
  • Complete relevant technology and domain certifications

Who can apply

  • BE/BTech/MCA/MSc/MBA in CS, IT or a related discipline
  • 0-2 years of experience; 2024-2027 graduating batches welcome
  • Strong programming fundamentals in Java, .NET, Python or JavaScript
  • Sound understanding of data structures and object-oriented design
  • Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and web application architecture
  • Exposure to cloud platforms is an advantage
  • Interest in banking, capital markets or insurance technology
  • Strong written and verbal communication for client-facing work
  • Available to work hybrid from Pune, Bengaluru, Chennai or Hyderabad
