What you'll do

• Manage and drive commercial and business excellence by the design, planning and implementation of sales strategy, processes and initiatives to maximise top and bottom line results
• Identify new areas of growth, drive productivity to drive future growth
• Manage A&P Costs and Business Quality thru’ optimising Sales returns and sales quality measures  
• Lead and Motivate the CE & sales team to execute sales campaigns & harvest day activities delivery in accordance with the Field Crops Sales Execution Strategy
• Contribute and adhere to the Syngenta commercial policies
• Explore alternate distribution models by Identifying opportunities with strategic partners
• Collaborate with Key stakeholders (Agronomy, Sales and P&S)
• Act as a single contact point for brand guidelines & reports like liquidation, bottom up sales confidence, FC historical trends, seed industry estimate, A&P, season sowing progress, etc for alignment in line with overall FC Business aspirations under the direction of the Marketing Head

• 10-15 years of Sales & Marketing experience in Agricultural or related fields
