What you'll do

• Knowledge Administration & Content Management 
• Curate, classify, and structure knowledge assets coming from: 
• RFPs and proposals 
• Project deliverables 
• Methodologies and frameworks 
• External publications and benchmarks 
• Tag and organize content within structured knowledge repositories. 
• Ensure proper metadata, taxonomy, and naming conventions are applied consistently. 
• Maintain repository hygiene, traceability, and version control over time. 
• Data Quality & Governance 

Who can apply

• Ensure data quality, consistency, confidentiality, and compliance with internal governance standards. 
• Identify gaps, duplicates, outdated content, or inconsistencies across repositories. 
• Monitor adherence to knowledge management processes and escalate issues when necessary. 
• Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of KM standards and documentation. 
• Use AI-enabled tools (NLP, semantic search, document classification, automated tagging) to optimize content processing and retrieval. 
• Support the automation of repetitive knowledge management activities. 
• Collaborate with IT and KM stakeholders to improve repository efficiency and searchability. 
• Support consulting teams in retrieving relevant content and ensuring knowledge accessibility.
