What you'll do

  • Update and maintain daily MIS trackers and dashboards
  • Consolidate data from teams into management reports
  • Check data accuracy and chase corrections at source
  • Circulate scheduled reports to stakeholders on time
  • Support the operations team with ad-hoc data pulls
  • Validate and reconcile numbers before publishing, and document data caveats
  • Automate recurring reporting to free up time for real analysis
  • Present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Who can apply

  • any graduate — B.E./B.Tech, B.Sc, BCA/MCA, B.Com, BBA or MBA from a recognised university
  • 0–2 years of experience in analytics, reporting or MIS — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
  • Working knowledge of Advanced Excel, MIS Reporting, Pivot Tables
  • Comfort with Advanced Excel and Google Sheets and with cleaning messy, real-world data
  • Ability to define a metric precisely and explain a result to a non-technical stakeholder
  • Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
  • Based in Howrah, West Bengal or willing to relocate (remote candidates across India may also apply)
