What you'll do

Track and report campaign performance across channels
Measure CAC, ROAS, attribution and channel contribution
Build marketing dashboards the growth team checks daily
Identify wasted spend and optimisation opportunities
Present findings to marketing and leadership
Validate and reconcile numbers before publishing, and document data caveats
Automate recurring reporting to free up time for real analysis
Present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Who can apply

BBA/MBA, B.Com/M.Com, B.E./B.Tech or B.Sc (Statistics / Economics) from a recognised university
0–3 years of experience in analytics, reporting or MIS — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4, SQL, Advanced Excel
Comfort with Google Analytics, SQL and Excel and with cleaning messy, real-world data
Ability to define a metric precisely and explain a result to a non-technical stakeholder
Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
Based in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh or willing to relocate
