What you'll do

  • Glean is seeking a Talent Sourcer to join our GTM Recruiting team on a six-month contract. In this role, you will support US-focused GTM hiring by identifying, engaging, and assessing qualified candidates in a fast-paced B2B SaaS and AI environment.
  • This is a remote, work-from-home role dedicated to sourcing talent for US GTM positions. This role is not responsible for global sourcing. The position requires night-shift coverage aligned to US Eastern Time (EST), with working hours from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM EST.

Who can apply

  • 2–3 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition, preferably supporting US GTM or commercial hiring.
  • Experience recruiting for or sourcing talent within the B2B SaaS, software, cloud, technology, or AI industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, applicant tracking systems, and other recruiting tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage US-based candidates effectively through outreach and screening conversations.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple searches, priorities, and candidate pipelines independently.
  • Comfortable working remotely and during night-shift hours from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM EST to support US GTM hiring.
  • Data-driven and results-oriented, with the ability to track activity and work toward sourcing and pipeline goals.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
