• Direct Responsibilities
• Requirements Gathering and Documentation  Engage with stakeholders to understand, gather, and prioritize business requirements.  Document detailed functional and technical requirements for IT solutions.  Conduct feasibility analysis, ensuring solutions align with business objectives and technical capabilities.
• Solution Design and Validation  Collaborate with technical teams to design IT solutions that meet business requirements.  Provide recommendations on system improvements, customizations, and best practices.  Evaluate multiple solutions to recommend the most effective and efficient approach.
• Process Improvement and Optimization  Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.  Lead process reengineering initiatives and suggest strategies for optimization.  Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
• Project Management and Support • Act as the lead analyst on IT projects, managing project scope, timelines, and deliverables. • Coordinate and oversee the execution of project tasks, including requirements validation, testing, and user training. • Support project managers with resource planning, risk management, and status reporting.
• Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams. • Facilitate communication across departments, ensuring all stakeholders have a clear understanding of project objectives and timelines. • Manage stakeholder expectations, address concerns, and provide regular updates on project progress.
• Data Analysis and Reporting • Use data-driven insights to guide decision-making and validate project success. • Develop reports, metrics to monitor performance and track outcomes. • Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Quality Assurance and Testing Support  Define and validate acceptance criteria for IT solutions.  Oversee and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements.  Collaborate with QA teams to resolve issues and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Mentorship and Professional Development • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and project team members. • Share best practices and support team members in developing their skills. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis practices and processes within the organization.
• Change Management and User Training • Support change management by helping end-users understand and adapt to new systems and processes. • Create and conduct training sessions for end-users, ensuring smooth adoption of new IT solutions. • Develop and maintain documentation, user guides, and training materials.
