What you'll do

• Digital Platform Operations: Perform web mastering activities across enterprise platforms. You will configure, structure, and publish content within an enterprise Content Management System (CMS), ensuring total accuracy and compliance with our governance frameworks.
• Campaign Execution & Social Media: Support the end-to-end execution of digital marketing campaigns across web, social media, and email (eDM) channels. You will manage and optimise platforms to enhance our brand presence and drive engagement.
• Analytics & Performance Optimisation: You will monitor campaign performance, prepare insightful reports, and implement data-driven recommendations to continuously improve reach, conversions, and ROI.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align and coordinate digital initiatives. You'll be responsible for reviewing content updates on CMS, clarifying stakeholder requirements, and ensuring that all outcomes are mutually beneficial.
• Vendor & Agency Coordination: Liaise seamlessly with external agencies and vendors to support campaign execution .
• A Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, web content management, and web mastering.
• Hands-on experience working within an enterprise CMS environment (Adobe Experience Manager or equivalent).
• A solid working knowledge of HTML and an understanding of template-based content structures.
• Familiarity with email automation tools and CRM systems (Salesforce).
