What you'll do

• Gather, document and sign off business requirements with stakeholders
• Map current processes and quantify where they leak time or money
• Build the analysis and decks that support a proposed change
• Coordinate between business users and technical teams through delivery
• Track post-implementation metrics to confirm the change worked
• Validate and reconcile numbers before publishing, and document data caveats
• Automate recurring reporting to free up time for real analysis
• Present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Who can apply

• B.E./B.Tech/BBA/B.Com/MBA/MCA or an equivalent degree from a recognised university
• 0–3 years of experience in analytics, reporting or MIS — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
• Working knowledge of SQL, Advanced Excel, Requirement Gathering
• Comfort with SQL, Excel and process-mapping tools and with cleaning messy, real-world data
• Ability to define a metric precisely and explain a result to a non-technical stakeholder
• Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
• Based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu or willing to relocate
