What you'll do

  • Develop unique digital marketing strategies and build on current client strategies to meet or exceed business objectives
  • Conduct rigorous market research and consumer insights analysis to understand customer behavior, and use those insights to build brand strategy that raises brand awareness, drives customer growth, strengthens brand positioning, and generates revenue
  • Own timeline development and track progress, ensuring all campaign and project deadlines are met
  • Build strong, trusting relationships between clients and agency partners, providing leadership and support through strategy, ideation, and execution
  • Stay closely engaged with assigned clients' marketing and media plans, recommending technology-driven solutions across rich media, site optimization, promotions, mobile, social media, and viral/organic content
  • Write clear communications briefs, ensuring creative and media planning are effectively integrated
  • Lead research studies that generate rich insights into online consumer behavior and key motivational/attitudinal drivers
  • Build a deep understanding of the online target audience and key market segments
  • Deliver campaign performance reporting and analysis to clients
  • Shape and drive the organization's social media strategy
