Skills you'll use

What you'll do

• Take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the outlet in the absence of the Outlet Manager, ensuring seamless service and operational excellence.
• Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop team members to support their growth and performance.
• Lead by example and embody The Hoxton culture and values, inspiring and motivating the team.
• Prepare and review team schedules based on business needs and operational requirements.
• Conduct engaging daily pre-service and post-service briefings to keep the team informed, motivated, and aligned.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences by ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction and professionally resolving guest concerns and complaints.
• Ensure the team has a thorough understanding of the food and beverage offerings, promotions, and service standards.
• Maintain consistently high service standards and oversee the overall guest dining experience.
• Work closely with the Sales team to coordinate events, meetings, and group dining experiences.
• Organize and supervise outlet set-up according to business forecasts and operational requirements.
