What you'll do

• Design Direction: Lead the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring all work aligns with client briefs, brand guidelines, and overall strategic objectives and work closely with Art Director / Brand-guardian team.
• Team Management: Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of creatives, fostering a collaborative and inspiring work environment. Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for professional development.
• Client Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, presenting creative concepts, addressing feedback, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Project Management: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Innovation & Inspiration: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Encourage experimentation and innovation within the team.
• Quality Control: Review and approve all creative deliverables, ensuring the highest standards of quality and consistency.
• Brand Stewardship: Develop a deep understanding of client brands and ensure all creative work accurately reflects their values and messaging.
