What you'll do

• We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our People Analytics team. The People Analytics team empowers the People tribe to elevate our Wisers' experience by leveraging data and insights.
• As a Senior Data Analyst in People Analytics you will build People Analytics products at scale as well as conducting research projects to drive tangible business impact.
• This is a unique opportunity to join a growing People Analytics function and drive actionable insights within a People team that is serious about using data to shape the future of its work.

Who can apply

• WHAT YOU’LL BRING
• Technical Skills. You are proficient with SQL and know your way around data pipeline management tools (Snowflake, dbt, Git, Airflow)
• You have experience designing and owning data assets; you can build and maintain complex data sources and can leverage visualisation (Visier, Looker, Superset) tools to democratise data.
• Problem Solving. You have a track record in scoping, building, and delivering impactful People analytics solutions
• Influence. You know how to partner with senior stakeholders and can tell compelling stories from complex data and drive action from your analysis.
