Skills you'll use

What you'll do

• Build sourcing capabilities for fruits and vegetables from farmers across the country
• Responsible for building capabilities & executing multiple models of sourcing.
• Strategic planning, resource deployment & monitoring
• Drive strategic initiatives across sourcing vertical viz. market intelligence etc.
• Manage day to day sourcing & operations for select commodities across the country
• Build supply chain for select commodities from sourcing locations to across the country
• Innovate & Implement pre-harvest & post-harvest engagement models with farmers
• Education Qualification of ABM/BSc. / MSc. Agriculture or Horticulture from reputed college.

Who can apply

• At least 5 years of field experience in fruits & vegetables procurement from farmers
• Someone with crop development experience, working closely with farmers will be preferred
• Someone with exposure to input sales also, will be preferred.
• Someone with exposure to sourcing Pomegranate/Citrus/grapes/Apples will be preferred
• Should have demonstrated track record of leadership & managing huge multicultural teams
• Should be willing to continuously learn and unlearn & have entrepreneurial zeal.
• Should be willing to be on ground, work closely with farmers & open to travel across.
• Should be self-motivated individual with strategic bent of mind
