What you'll do

10-12 years of work experience
Advanced data analysis, reporting and visualisation skills using Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI (desirable) and other reporting automation technologies. Experience of leveraging AI tools and techniques to drive efficiency
Experience developing executive-level performance reviews, business reviews, QPRs or board/leadership reporting materials.
Ability to transform complex operational, financial and performance data into concise, actionable executive insights and narratives. Strong PowerPoint / document creation skills for clean, professional, executive-ready materials.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience working directly with senior leaders and cross-functional teams. Strong time management and prioritisation, especially when balancing multiple requirements and closing priority actions on time.
Experience identifying, implementing and optimising automation opportunities that reduce manual effort and improve reporting efficiency.
