What you'll do

Update and maintain daily MIS trackers and dashboards
Consolidate data from teams into management reports
Check data accuracy and chase corrections at source
Circulate scheduled reports to stakeholders on time
Support the operations team with ad-hoc data pulls
Validate and reconcile numbers before publishing, and document data caveats
Automate recurring reporting to free up time for real analysis
Present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Who can apply

any graduate — B.E./B.Tech, B.Sc, BCA/MCA, B.Com, BBA or MBA from a recognised university
0–2 years of experience in analytics, reporting or MIS — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
Working knowledge of Advanced Excel, MIS Reporting, Pivot Tables
Comfort with Advanced Excel and Google Sheets and with cleaning messy, real-world data
Ability to define a metric precisely and explain a result to a non-technical stakeholder
Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
Based in Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra or willing to relocate (remote candidates across India may also apply)
