What you'll do

Float RFQs, compare quotations and recommend the source
Negotiate price, payment and delivery terms with suppliers
Raise and track purchase orders through to receipt
Monitor supplier delivery performance and escalate slippage
Support cost reduction and localisation projects
Maintain accurate technical records and traceability for your work
Follow plant safety, quality and environmental standards at all times
Escalate issues early and close them with verified corrective action

Who can apply

B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in any engineering discipline, or BBA/MBA in Operations or Supply Chain from a recognised university
0–2 years of experience in an engineering, plant or quality function — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
Working knowledge of Procurement, Supplier Negotiation, Cost Analysis
Comfort with SAP MM, cost sheets and supplier portals, and with reading and working to a drawing or specification
Ability to read an engineering drawing, follow a standard, and explain a technical result clearly to production or the customer
Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
Based in Rudrapur, Uttarakhand or willing to relocate (remote candidates across India may also apply)
