What you'll do

  • Define process flow, PFMEA and control plans for new parts
  • Run capability studies and close the gaps they expose
  • Write and maintain operator work instructions
  • Validate process changes before they reach mass production
  • Lead cost and quality improvement projects on the process
  • Maintain accurate technical records and traceability for your work
  • Follow plant safety, quality and environmental standards at all times
  • Escalate issues early and close them with verified corrective action

Who can apply

  • B.E./B.Tech in Industrial, Production, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering from a recognised university
  • 0–2 years of experience in an engineering, plant or quality function — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
  • Working knowledge of Process Engineering, Process Capability (Cp/Cpk), PFMEA
  • Comfort with PFMEA, control plans and capability tools, and with reading and working to a drawing or specification
  • Ability to read an engineering drawing, follow a standard, and explain a technical result clearly to production or the customer
  • Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
  • Based in Rudrapur, Uttarakhand or willing to relocate (remote candidates across India may also apply)
