What you'll do

Run time and method studies and set work standards
Balance lines and stations against takt time
Plan capacity and layout for new or shifted production
Quantify productivity improvements before and after
Support costing with accurate process times
Maintain accurate technical records and traceability for your work
Follow plant safety, quality and environmental standards at all times
Escalate issues early and close them with verified corrective action

Who can apply

B.E./B.Tech in Industrial, Production, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering from a recognised university
0–2 years of experience in an engineering, plant or quality function — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
Working knowledge of Industrial Engineering, Time & Motion Study, Line Balancing
Comfort with time study tools, layout software and Excel, and with reading and working to a drawing or specification
Ability to read an engineering drawing, follow a standard, and explain a technical result clearly to production or the customer
Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
Based in Rudrapur, Uttarakhand or willing to relocate (remote candidates across India may also apply)
