What you'll do

Design harness architecture, routing and protection for vehicles
Select connectors, terminals and wire gauges to specification
Release harness drawings and support supplier manufacture
Validate harnesses on test rigs and in vehicle
Resolve field and line issues traced to the harness
Maintain accurate technical records and traceability for your work
Follow plant safety, quality and environmental standards at all times
Escalate issues early and close them with verified corrective action

Who can apply

B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, E&TC or Instrumentation Engineering from a recognised university
0–2 years of experience in an engineering, plant or quality function — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
Working knowledge of Wiring Harness Design, Electrical Schematics, Connector Selection
Comfort with CATIA Electrical and harness testing rigs, and with reading and working to a drawing or specification
Ability to read an engineering drawing, follow a standard, and explain a technical result clearly to production or the customer
Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
Based in Rudrapur, Uttarakhand or willing to relocate
