What you'll do

• · MEP Coordinator & Design Engineer (Revit/ AutoCAD/Sketchup 3D)
• · Experienced MEP Design Engineer responsible for the design, drafting, modeling, and coordination of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), Fire Fighting, and ELV systems using Revit, AutoCAD & Sketchup 3D. Skilled in preparing design drawings, BIM models, shop drawings, coordination drawings, clash detection, and ensuring seamless integration with architectural and structural disciplines throughout project execution.
• · Planning, designing, and execution of utility works in compliance with the latest IS and NBC standards.
• · Preparation of detailed, item-wise BOQs, detailed specification documents, finishing schedules, utility schemes, interior schemes, TDS as per approved make list to clearly define the overall project scope.
• · Capital and revenue procurement in accordance with MSIL guidelines.
