Handle customer queries via calls, chat and email
Resolve issues and escalate when needed
Log interactions accurately in the CRM
Maintain high customer-satisfaction scores
Collaborate with the team, document your work and act on feedback

Who can apply

Bachelor’s degree / diploma in a relevant field (freshers welcome)
Working knowledge of Communication, Customer Support, CRM, Problem Solving
0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
Strong communication, ownership and a problem-solving mindset
Based in or willing to relocate to Kochi, Kerala (or remote where applicable)
