What you'll do

Install and commission equipment at customer sites
Diagnose and resolve breakdowns within committed response times
Train customer operators on correct use and upkeep
File service reports and feed recurring faults back to engineering
Coordinate spare parts and follow-up visits
Maintain accurate technical records and traceability for your work
Follow plant safety, quality and environmental standards at all times
Escalate issues early and close them with verified corrective action

Who can apply

B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in any engineering discipline from a recognised university
0–2 years of experience in an engineering, plant or quality function — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
Working knowledge of Field Service, Machine Commissioning, Troubleshooting
Comfort with diagnostic equipment and service documentation, and with reading and working to a drawing or specification
Ability to read an engineering drawing, follow a standard, and explain a technical result clearly to production or the customer
Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
Based in Bengaluru, Karnataka or willing to relocate
