What you'll do

  • Install and commission equipment at customer sites
  • Diagnose and resolve breakdowns within committed response times
  • Train customer operators on correct use and upkeep
  • File service reports and feed recurring faults back to engineering
  • Coordinate spare parts and follow-up visits
  • Maintain accurate technical records and traceability for your work
  • Follow plant safety, quality and environmental standards at all times
  • Escalate issues early and close them with verified corrective action

Who can apply

  • B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in any engineering discipline from a recognised university
  • 0–2 years of experience in an engineering, plant or quality function — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
  • Working knowledge of Field Service, Machine Commissioning, Troubleshooting
  • Comfort with diagnostic equipment and service documentation, and with reading and working to a drawing or specification
  • Ability to read an engineering drawing, follow a standard, and explain a technical result clearly to production or the customer
  • Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
  • Based in Pune, Maharashtra or willing to relocate

  3. 3Practical or plant round — a shop-floor, lab or design problem discussed on site
  4. 4HR discussion — compensation, notice period, joining date and offer roll-out
