Skills you'll use

What you'll do

• Evaluate the existing platform and identify opportunities for service decomposition and modularization
• Design and implement microservices, APIs, and front-end components
• Establish reusable templates, SDKs, and service patterns to accelerate development
• Collaborate with Agentic LLMs (e.g., Claude) to improve code quality, documentation, and solution design—while maintaining ownership of final outputs
• Produce and maintain high-quality technical documentation (AI-assisted where appropriate)
• Partner with Product, UX, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features
• Ensure system reliability through thoughtful design, observability, and failure handling
• Strong hands-on experience with C#, React, and SQL Server
