What you'll do

Support the brand manager in day-to-day campaign execution and tracking
Maintain and update doctor-engagement and prescription-tracking data
Coordinate with the sales field force to distribute and track promotional material
Assist in organising CMEs, doctor meetings and product launches
Track competitor activity and summarise findings for the brand team
Ensure promotional material clears UCPMP and regulatory review before release
Track brand performance against prescription and market-share data
Brief and manage creative and research agencies to keep campaigns on time and on brand

Who can apply

B.Pharm/B.Sc/BBA/MBA (Marketing) from a recognised university
0–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, brand management or a related commercial function — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Market Research Basics
Comfort with MS Excel, PowerPoint and the brand CRM and with reading prescription and market-share data
Ability to turn a market read into a clear brand plan and defend it to sales and medical stakeholders
Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
Based in Guwahati, Assam or willing to relocate (remote candidates across India may also apply)
