What you'll do

• Own brand strategy, positioning and the marketing P&L for an assigned therapy area
• Set the annual brand plan and cascade it into field-executable campaigns
• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs)
• Review promotional material with medico-marketing and regulatory for compliance
• Lead cycle meetings and align the sales organisation on brand priorities
• Track brand health, market share and ROI, and course-correct mid-cycle
• Ensure promotional material clears UCPMP and regulatory review before release
• Track brand performance against prescription and market-share data
• Brief and manage creative and research agencies to keep campaigns on time and on brand

Who can apply

• B.Pharm/MBA (Marketing or Pharma Management) from a recognised university
• 4–8 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, brand management or a related commercial function — relevant hands-on experience required
• Working knowledge of Brand Strategy & Positioning, P&L Ownership, Market Research Interpretation
• Comfort with IQVIA/AWACS data, MS Excel and brand-tracking dashboards and with reading prescription and market-share data
• Ability to turn a market read into a clear brand plan and defend it to sales and medical stakeholders
• Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
• Based in Guwahati, Assam or willing to relocate
