What you'll do

Draft requirement documents and user stories with business users
Map as-is and to-be processes and highlight the gaps
Build supporting analysis in Excel and SQL
Support UAT and track defects through to closure
Maintain the project tracker and status reporting
Validate and reconcile numbers before publishing, and document data caveats
Automate recurring reporting to free up time for real analysis
Present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Who can apply

BBA/MBA, B.Com/M.Com, B.E./B.Tech or B.Sc (Statistics / Economics) from a recognised university
0–2 years of experience in analytics, reporting or MIS — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
Working knowledge of Business Analysis, Requirement Gathering, Advanced Excel
Comfort with Excel, SQL and documentation tools and with cleaning messy, real-world data
Ability to define a metric precisely and explain a result to a non-technical stakeholder
Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
Based in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh or willing to relocate (remote candidates across India may also apply)
