• As a member of the Business Intelligence & Analytics team, a Sr Product Owner, BI & Analytics is responsible for leading, supporting and executing our team objective of fostering a data driven culture that enables executive leadership to realize its strategic objectives. Our goal is to inform strategy execution by increasing visibility and accountability across the organization to become more outcome focused.
• In this role, you will own product strategy, vision, and roadmap for BI & Analytics solutions. Acts as the primary business-facing leader responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering data and analytics products that drive measurable business value. Accountable for end-to-end product lifecycle and stakeholder alignment. Focuses on “what” and “why” to deliver. This role establishes strong product leadership, ensuring we move from requirements-driven execution to value-driven product ownership.

Who can apply

• Proven experience in product ownership or product management within analytics or data environments
• Strong capability in product discovery, prioritization, and outcome-driven decision-making
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders in a global organization
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex product roadmaps
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience with Agile Lifecycle tools (JIRA, ServiceNow)
• Working knowledge of Agile product delivery models and partnering with delivery leads/Scrum Masters
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking ability
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
