What you'll do

• Key Responsibilities:
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for SAP Commerce (Hybris) solutions.
• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to translate requirements into functional specifications.
• Define and document workflows, use cases, user stories, and business process diagrams.
• Work closely with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure successful implementation.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by defining test scenarios and assisting business users.
• Identify gaps between business needs and SAP Commerce capabilities and propose suitable solutions.
• Assist in data migration, integration, and configuration activities.
• Perform configuration and Data Management Activities in SAP Commerce Back Office.
• Provide training and support to business users on SAP Commerce functionalities.
